A classic Emerald Triangle clone from 2010, coveted and treasured by growers in Humboldt's coastal surf village of Trinidad, has now been recreated in stable seed form. At HSC, we occasionally have the opportunity to keep a clone's flame burning by backcrossing and self-pollinating a clone until the seed line consistently exhibits the characteristics of the original clone. We're proud to have done this with many Emerald Triangle clone classics, Trainwreck , and Headband, to name a few. For a strain to reach levels of fame in the world's cannabis strain capital, we know it has to be something special. Banana OG is insanely productive, has the highly popular Candy Gas terpene profile , and surprised us with excellent yields, both in her photoperiod form and in our autoflower conversion. Expect huge colas that are frosty green with attractive purple highlights and an average THC content of over 25% in both the photoperiod and autoflowering forms. Banana OG also showed resistance to PM, OG's nemesis, and other fungal pathogens. A great strain for rosin fans or eclectic growers and brands looking to stand out with a cult classic.
