Biscotti Gelato™ Feminized Fast Buds

Biscotti Gelato is a revised version of a line first released in a limited batch in early 2025. This initial release showed great potential, but the goal for 2026 was to refine the line through further selection and improve overall stability. Both parent lines were revised through extensive internal population testing.

The Biscotti (Cookies) side remained unchanged, with the same phenotype selected for its structure, density, and characteristic baked, slightly spiced profile. On the Gelato (Sherbinski's) side, the focus was placed on a phenotype with a stronger Sunset Sherbet influence, which adds more depth and complexity to the terpene profile.

The result is a multi-layered Gelato profile that combines creamy sweetness with gas, berries, and subtle tropical notes, while the flavor brings a more distinct dough and pastry note with a delicate spicy edge. The terpene profile is not sharp or one-dimensional but develops significantly more depth.

A key focus of this work was stability. Parent selections were stress-tested under various conditions to identify and remove weaker traits from the line. The result is a population with improved vigor, stronger structure, and more consistent expressions. Biscotti Gelato remains a line based on selection and refinement, focusing on terpene depth, structural reliability, and consistent performance across the entire population.
