Tarte Tatin Feminized Green House Seeds Company

Tarte Tatin is the new addition to the Green House Seed catalog, with a beautiful new expression of flavor and sweetness. We used the magnificent Caramel Apple Gelato, selected by Compound Genetics for its beautiful calyx structure and strong aroma, and crossed it with our extremely sweet and robust King's Tart. The combination of both flavors results in a wonderful explosion of flavor comparable to the famous Tarte Tatin dessert. A strong caramelized vanilla-apple flavor with a background of cream and chocolate, reminiscent of the old days of Chocolope, but with a newer twist. The apple and vanilla on top, and finally a light creaminess, round out the flavor, like a touch of Chantilly cream on your tart—gorgeous!

At the end of the flowering period, some phenotypes can display beautiful blue and dark purple hues inherited from the colorful flowers of Caramel Apple Gelato.

The Caramel Apple Gelato's flavor is very smooth, ranging from the taste of caramelized apple to sweet vanilla chocolate, and finally a touch of creaminess that fills the mouth with its sweetness. A lovely smoke from morning to night.
